Status in terms of compliance with the Act

The website is partially compliant with the Digital Accessibility of Public Entities' Websites and Mobile Applications Act due to the incompatibilities or exclusions listed below.

  • With some documents for downloads, there is no indication of the language of the document. Only the title of the document can suggest what language the document was created iny,
  • Some graphic elements do not have alternative text,
  • Some site elements do not comply with the minimum requirements for contrast,
  • Some elements do not inform about the change of context (transition to another page),
  • Some text elements may not comply with the minimum line height requirement,
  • Some pages may not contain headers
  • Graphical components of institutional collections, and also datasets, i.e. data files with metadata describing them, are made available within the repository's website by its users, so they represent content that, while in the possession of Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH, has not been created by or for Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH or acquired by it. In accordance with Article 3.2. para. 5(a) of the Act, it does not apply to those elements of the website.

Implementation deadline

The application should be processed no later than 14 days from the date of application submission. If it is not possible to provide accessibility, or to provide access in an alternative form within 14 days, the Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH will notify the applicant. Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH will indicate a new deadline for providing accessibility, which should not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request.

Complaints

In the event that the Academic Computer Centre Cyfronet AGH has failed to provide accessibility, the applicant has the right to complain about it to the President of the Board of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People. The deadline for making a complaint is 30 days.
