Permissions to another user

For both deposited and published datasets, you can add another user (other than the depositor) and assign them a role, e.g., Curator. Permissions can be granted for the entire dataset or for individual files.
This may be necessary when the depositor is no longer affiliated with the institution or when other project members require access to the deposited data and the ability to create new versions.

From the dataset page:

Right side of the screen – Edit Dataset button – Permissions: 

• Dataset button – Assign Roles to Users/Groups – select the person – assign a role – Save changes 
• File button – Grant Access to Users/Groups – select the person – choose which file(s) to grant permissions for – Grant button
