Creating groups

The system allows you to create groups of Users who have the same permissions within a given collection. Groups enable assigning roles and permissions to multiple Users at once.

Collection home page – Edit button – Groups – fill in the fields in the form – Create Group button.

After creating a group, you need to assign it an appropriate role. To do this, return to the Collection, click EditPermissionsAssign Roles to Users/Groups – enter the group name – add the selected permissions, then save the changes.
You can add new users directly to the group without assigning roles to them individually.
